A Word For God’s Young People

First and foremost, this wicked and sinful generation needs a group young people that are on fire for God. We as Apostolic Pentecostal Young People must commit everything to God. We are the Church of tomorrow, so we can’t sit around and dabble in the world, thinking that there won’t be a major consequence. This wicked world needs a HOLY CHURCH.

You say your sin doesn’t matter. You say tv and video games aren’t a big deal. You say that your fence straddling, your contentment with where you are with and lukewarmness doesn’t matter but believe me it does. God said, “. . . because thou art lukewarm. . . .I will spew thee out of my mouth.” (Rev. 3:16) We can’t afford to be lukewarm. Not only would our souls be in jeopardy, but also the souls of those around us.

1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Just as we can affect them if we take heed to the doctrine, so also can we affect them if we don’t. Lot’s decision led his family to destruction. We can’t lead our family and friends to destruction. Our sin affects those around us whether we think it does or not. Take Abraham for example in Genesis 20:2-10. Abraham lies to king Abimelech about Sarah his wife, which could have cost the life of Abimelech and those in his kingdom.

We are the Church leaders of tomorrow. Who is going to take the place of the great prayer warriors, great preachers, and the great soul winners if we are lukewarm and cold? Who will Elijah pass his mantle to if there is no Elisha? We must do as Paul told Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:12-16.

1Ti 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

1Ti 4:13 Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.

1Ti 4:14 Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying one of the hands of the presbytery.

1Ti 4:15 Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that thy profiting may appear to all.

1Ti 4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

There must be an Elisha for every Elijah. The mantle must be passed down.

We need a greater hunger and thirst for God. We need to be about our Fathers’ Business.

For God to say “WELL DONE” we must do WELL!!!!!

The fate of lost souls is in our hands. We can’t just stand idly by watching them walk on the road to hell and do nothing about it. We have to decide once and for all that we will serve God no matter what comes our way. You can say it all you want but unless you truly mean it and do what you say it will not happen.

Do Well and you will get a Well Done!

Thank you, for taking the time to read this and may it bless you richly.
