Good morning! What a great day to have the praises of the Lord in our mouths.
Have you noticed that the less we as a society regard the importance and value of the Word of God the easier it has become to compromise on the core values we once held dear. Truth, honesty, integrity, good morals, just to name a few. Also, I have noticed it seems like we spend our time, as a society, chasing rainbows… never finding what we are looking for.
“Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.” Ps 1:5-6
God knows the lifestyle of the righteous because it is His lifestyle. However, the unbeliever is putting His hopes in things that are temporary and uncertain. The Psalmist said this person has nothing to anchor to and when he comes before God he will not be able to stand. I want to keep my ways in line with God’s ways. It is the Righteous Way!
