I must disagree. As long as a woman does not usurp authority over the man, it is not rebellion. Women were used all through the scriptures - Old and New Testament.....

Happily married 50 years January 31st. ~ : ) Pastor's wife for 44 of those. Hubby retired from Pastoring in 2001 and we moved to sunny Arizona.
God is #1, my husband is next and then my children and GRAND/GREAT-GRANDkids. I love being involved in the work of God - reaching out to souls.
I was President of the Ladies' Ministries in Nebraska for 18 years before retirement.
Now about my children.

Megan, Pam's youngest, is living with Amanda and Caleb. She is an Honor Roll student and will be graduating this next year! I'm so proud of her! Pam's oldest son, Ryan, and his wife, Melissa, live in California, and have a handsome son, Preston, who was born in January. (His pic is on my profile)
Sandy and Dennis live in Gilbert, AZ., and they became GRAND-parents to a beautiful little girl,Zariah, in December. She was our first GREAT-GRANDchild! She was born to Missy and Ryan, their oldest daughter and son-in-law. Anthony and Michael are teenagers now! Fun-fun!

Nathan, our youngest son, just married a sweet girl named Alison in June. They live here in Arizona. Ava Nicole was added in May. What an independent cutie she is! She has been good for them. I don't think they will be having another for a while (until they catch up on their sleep ~ : )

Jesus - there's something about that Name!

Nate was over with Ava when we got home from church. The lightning had awakened her and I don't know what else was the problem - I changed her diaper so it had to be her gumbs - tummy or just overtired. She wasn't hungry - at least she wouldn't take the bottle. Anyway I lost my touch. Nothing I tried consoled… Continue

She is here! Ava Nicole Wasmundt made her debute May 19th! After struggling to make an exit, the Drs decided to do a c-section and Ava came out screaming!
She's tiny like her momma - 5lb14oz and 19 1/2 in long. She was taking in all the sights when we got in to the recovery room.

GOD BLESSED ME! By: Debra Hearn Jones-3-12-10

God is on time, and recently blessed me in a way , That still makes me feel like I am walking on Air. This is a story about Love, worthiness, and learning to trust, Jesus first and man second. It is also about being released from a life long bondage of hate. I share this for His Glory! My Lord and Savior , Jesus!

The Gift of Life Can Be a Battle

In our lives, we may face many difficult challenges. Situations that demand our immediate attention. Sometimes we become so overwhelmed with troubles in our world, that we easily forget about this blessing called life! If a person is not careful, they will only focus on the bad, and forget the good in their world! Learn to see the beauty that is in life, take a good look at what you do have in this life of yours. This will help you through the battle's that do come in this life of ours.

Take Up Your Bed and Walk!

Has life dealt you a stinky mess? Maybe it is time you took up your bed and walked!

Can You Believe Him for the Glory?

We don't have a hard time believing God for the past, we have seen and heard. We don't have time believing God for the present, we know He can do it. We don't have a hard time believing Him for the future we believe His Word and that He will. However, we do have a hard time believing that the test we are facing can bring Glory to God...

Church Leaders: What Are We Building

Why is one the biggest problem of the church today retention? I have heard of wonderful evangelistic events that have resulted in many being born again: yet a short time later, these people cannot be found. To me, this is a problem. Maybe it has to do with what we are building?
