WHY WORRY????
By the time I was 50, I found that I still worried
all the time about my kids, but now there was...
something different.
There was nothing I could do about it.
I continued to anguish over their failures, be
tormented by their frustrations and absorbed in
their disappointments. My Worrying is surpassed by LOVE!!!
I treasure the moments of Family time,
and delight in all their accomplishments.
A Mother’s Love is Unconditional.
Once a Mother…Always a Mother.
HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!!!

Hi Sis Millstid - sorry it took me so long to respond. January has been a very busy month for me and I have another busy weekend ahead. Maybe February will slow down a little. I was home for Christmas and Dad and Mom seem to be doing well. His therapy is finally over so I guess that indicates a lot of improvement. So where in E TX are ya'll wanting to move? By the way, my choir has been invited to sing Friday night of Camp Meeting this year. I am so excited! We consider the invitation a real honor. Well, we're having a Missions Conference this weekend so the next two days are full. I better go to bed and try to get ahead on my rest! :) Good to hear from you. Cindy

Hey Sis. Milstid,
Good to see you on EA. We are looking for a pastor in Ennis and I told everyone to think of the very best Pastor they have ever had and pray for one just like that and when I did so myself I thought of Bro. Milstid. Hope this finds everything well with you folks.

Did you get the news that Sis. Nona Freeman has been in ICU, but has been upgraded to the next level. I think I understand she had a stroke. She's talking and ect. You can read the complete commentary on the "Discussions" catagory in EA. Love Ya'll

The Gift of Life Can Be a Battle

In our lives, we may face many difficult challenges. Situations that demand our immediate attention. Sometimes we become so overwhelmed with troubles in our world, that we easily forget about this blessing called life! If a person is not careful, they will only focus on the bad, and forget the good in their world! Learn to see the beauty that is in life, take a good look at what you do have in this life of yours. This will help you through the battle's that do come in this life of ours.

Take Up Your Bed and Walk!

Has life dealt you a stinky mess? Maybe it is time you took up your bed and walked!

Can You Believe Him for the Glory?

We don't have a hard time believing God for the past, we have seen and heard. We don't have time believing God for the present, we know He can do it. We don't have a hard time believing Him for the future we believe His Word and that He will. However, we do have a hard time believing that the test we are facing can bring Glory to God...

Church Leaders: What Are We Building

Why is one the biggest problem of the church today retention? I have heard of wonderful evangelistic events that have resulted in many being born again: yet a short time later, these people cannot be found. To me, this is a problem. Maybe it has to do with what we are building?

The City of God

A poem I wrote a while back that many people ask if it was a vision. It was not a vision, but it was inspired by God.
